I protected my entire house by building a custom firewall using OPNsense. This project involved setting up a physical switch to control all home network traffic. I configured VLANs to isolate guest traffic and implemented security rules to prevent unauthorized access. I also configured Adgaurd for DNS tracker and adblocking
To prepare for a help desk role, I have self-taught Jira for ticket management. I understand how to track issues, prioritize tasks, and manage workflows, ensuring high-quality IT support in a corporate environment.
I maintain a home infrastructure consisting of OpenMediaVault (NAS) and Plex. I manage resource allocation, port forwarding, and troubleshooting server-side crashes for a Minecraft server with 99% uptime.

I manage and coordinate all daily logistics, including scheduling medical appointments, organizing meal deliveries, and managing external cleaning services. This role requires high-level organization, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with service providers.
